You will work on developing the technical core of the country's leading logistics and postal service provider as part of a team of IT specialists. The IT solutions you help develop will ensure the provision of postal services to the Austrian population at all times, even critical ones. We meet the needs of our customers and continue to expand the services available to them with our innovative software solutions.
What you will work on
Your role as Technical Expert AI will focus on how we can leverage the capabilities of AI to improve existing processes and products or support the development of new ones. You are an important member of our inhouse IT innovation team and contribute by developing and testing ideas we have within our organization and accompany them from the conceptional phase to the implementation of the Proof of Concept (PoC).
- Create innovative AI solutions, from planning to implementation (PoCs, MVP’s, Pilots)
- Monitor and evaluate emerging AI technologies as well as trends for the potential integration into existing solutions or by creating new ones
- Provide mentoring for peers and foster knowledge transfer within the team
What you bring with you
- A deep understanding of development and implementation of AI systems
- A proven track record in software development
- Experience with electrical engineering, microcontrollers or similar, is beneficial
- A collaborative and adaptable attitude with strong communication skills
- Fluency in either German or English, with at least business-level proficiency in the other language
